GETTING OUR JUST DESSERTS - A Sweet Extravaganza - To Benefit C-CAP LA
Eat Sweet and Do Good
Guests will enjoy a myriad of tastings from celebrity pastry chefs, confectioners, bakeries, coffee and tea purveyors, and other specialty vendors; classes from recognized experts in their fields; celebrity cookbook signings; a "JUST DESSERTS CHALLENGE" where C-CAP graduate chefs will compete using a mystery basket of mandatory ingredients and a specific time limit; and an exciting Silent Auction.
The event will support Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP) Los Angeles. C-CAP is a pioneer and national non-profit leader in providing culinary career opportunities and scholarships to at-risk high school students.
